TEN creates a dynamic teacher feedback loop by providing teachers direct and consistent feedback from their client and other key stakeholders. This tool organizes the research on excellence in urban teaching into four key domains of effective pedagogy and uses a five-step process to provide teachers access to a tool and a network that improves their classroom practice.
